Overview

(“Baroyeca Gold” or the “Company”) (TSXV: BGS) Further to its news release dated November 1, 2024 announcing its proposed business combination (the “Transaction”) with Terra Rossa Gold Ltd. (“Terra Rossa”), the Company and Terra Rossa have entered into an amending agreement amending the terms of the previously disclosed amalgamation agreement dated October 30, 2024.
